Dave and Joe with Top Tier were so wonderful to work with. We had a really small, old kitchen with plaster and all. We had our project bid by multiple contractors and Dave’s team with Top Tier was the only one willing to even look at putting in a new support beam in our attic so we could have an open concept. Dave listened to me and what I wanted done and he was always so patient and kind. I appreciated his timeliness in getting our project done and making it a priority. He did quality work and even matched our existing trim from 1927 which I love dearly! He also made my day when he successfully exposed my chimney. It’s the star feature of our kitchen now. We’ve had so many people ask about our kitchen and come over for dinners now. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had Top Tier Renovations finish out our basement and were extremely satisfied with the quality and value of the work completed. Dave was great to work with and has a top notch value system. We were able to build a relationship with him and his crew which made the experience all the better. The project was completed in a timely fashion and done to our specific desires. The few times we wanted things changed they quickly made that happen without asking questions or giving us a hard time. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dave, Top Tier Renovations and his team. We just had our kitchen remodeled. We had a very old kitchen that was built in 1950. We got in contact with Dave and I am so grateful to have found his business. Dave made the process very easy for us and he greatly helped us with the design process as well as we were not sure how to make the small kitchen space work for us. Dave was very punctual with the commitments that he made.
